
I was born in that family where everyone involved in social welfare action. They have understanding about national and international circumstance. My inspirable person is my grand father, who had dedicated his 20 years as an elected president for community as well as almost of his life for Nation.
Behind my schooling, I was involved to form a local level youth organization (Green Valley Club), where I had worked for over 3 years as a president. While I was in University student of computer studies, I had forsaken all my responsibilities to claimant from local organization and involved into national youth focused human rights organization where I begin my career as a volunteer webmaster and Information officer since 2000. I was also engaged in INSEC, a leading NGO for Human Rights and social justice, where I worked as a webmaster for over one year.
At present, I am working as a Founder and President of Idea Action. Idea Action (IA) is a not- for- profit ICT organization, led by professional youth for the youth. Youth, human rights, sustainable development related issues are its prominent activities to assemble a culture of peace, non violent and informative society in Nepal.
An international arena, I am working as a founder and General Secretary of WSIS Youth South Asia, which is a south Asian youth, led ICT campaign. Same time I am coordinating WSIS Youth Nepal.
I am an international human rights, ICT & youth issues Scholar; I have published several articles on these issues in different publications and websites. Also, I have also written travel features.
In additional, to find out internal peace, I had attended 3 days full moon mediation camp in Osho Tapoban as well as another side I had completed few months creative model training. We believe that this course make confidence and build up external personality.

I had attended World Social Forum in Mumbai on January 2004, every year I have been attended One world South Asia regional meeting since 2004 in New Delhi, India and third International Youth Summer School in UK on July 2004. Similarly, Human Rights and youth leadership Conference, organized by UNESCO Chair & Institute of Comparative Human Rights at the University of Connecticut, USA on Aug 2005, UN regional expert seminar for Asia on Human Rights Education at UN Building in Thailand on Sep 2005, Youth conference in Sydney, Australia on Feb 2006 and Youth Leadership Workshop on Nov 2006 in Washington DC, USA organized by International Youth Foundation and NOKIA.
