Title:
Live your Truth

Ups and downs in ones life are inevitable. The fact remains that does one give up when it's a bad phase or one fights back to get to normality. We think we are the only ones who are going through a set of unmanageable issues in our lives; we think we are carrying a lot of baggage, complications and tensions. Little do we know about the other people around us, who, not to mention might be even in a worse situation

The only reason that we don't know about other's lives no matter how close we are to them is because some people are very private. It's difficult to get in their world. Difficult to understand the agony
that they're living with. What makes me say this with confidence?? Experience, I say.

So what can we do to make our lives better, is there a solution to get off a bad phase and be happy. It's simple: You can't win if you don't try. So often, we get a big idea. One that will get our careers to the next level. One that will get our lives to the next level. One that will really set us soaring. But then guess what happens next? The voice of fear takes over: WHAT IF???.... We start selling ourselves on
all the reasons why we'll fail. Eventually, that beautiful/big/bold idea seems silly/unattainable/foolish. And so we don't act. We don't even try.

Just imagine in a long distance relationship which is hard on both the lovers, but if one thinks that it won't work due to the distance and time, it won't last long. If you think it will wear off, it will! Our thoughts play a very important role in our lives. 80% of the times we exactly know what is the best way to come out of a situation, but it's the fear that overpowers our thoughts and we die in the same old rut.
The worst part is to keep it deep inside your heart and not letting anyone know what you're going through. Have faith, vent it out to someone, to a stranger, to someone you trust, talk about the pain, the repugnance you're going through, I bet you'll feel better.

You may think it's all theoretical and doesn't sound too realistic. As the idiom rightly says: Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches the most. Well, point taken. But work on consistent and steady
improvements in the way you work and in the way you live. At least have a positive plan of action and work toward it. Slow and steady does win the race.

So today, live your truth. Play your best game. Listen to the trusted voice that resides deep within you. And show some genuine leadership-both at work and at home. People will love you for it. And
I'll think you're hip :-)
