Introduction: TADI's mission is to enrich impoverished communities through sustainable entrepreneurship programs.
It was formed in 2006 and has its membership coming for Students In free Enterprise (SIFE) at the Universty of Zimbabwe.
Ngadya(the Founder and President of TADI) is also the graduating President of the SIFE UZ team.He scooped various global accollades in recognition of his training programs to community projects.
